MARINE LOADING ARMS

BARCA – The most simplified loading arm in our production program.

Only available in manual operation,  it is very light in manipulation and very easy to install.

These marine loaders are especially used for chemical aggressive products as well as high and low temperature media.

  • Sizes: 4”/6”/8” (DN100/150/200)
  • Material (depending on the fluid): carbon steel, stainless steel, low temperature steel, special alloy
  • Temperature range: -50˚C to +250˚C
  • Pressure range: 40 bar
  • Balancing system: counterweight both at inboard and outboard arm.
  • Seals: virgin PTFE (eventually adding carbon, fibers or graphite (15%); FPM; Hypalon (on request); EPDM (on request)

MINERVA – Our most common model that has a self-supporting pipe construction.

This loading arm can also be hydraulically operated, equipped with a vapour return line, ERC system or QCDC (manual).

  • Sizes: 6”/8”/10”/12” (DN150/200/250/300)
  • Material (depending on the fluid): carbon steel, stainless steel, low temperature steel, special alloy
  • Temperature range: -105˚C to +250˚C
  • Pressure range: 40 bar
  • Balancing system: rotary counterweight (cable system) for outboard arm, fix counterweight for inboard arm.

Seals: virgin PTFE (eventually adding carbon, fibers or graphite (15%); FPM; Hypalon (on request); EPDM (on request)

ATLANTA – Our heavy duty model that has a separate supporting structure for the product piping.

It is mostly hydraulically operated.

This type of loading arm is very often equipped with an ERC system, which has an automatic product cut-off in case of danger. They  can also be equipped with an hydraulic QCDC

  • Sizes: 6”/8”/10”/12”/(16” upon request) (DN150/200/250/300/(400 upon request))
  • Material (depending on the fluid): carbon steel, stainless steel, low temperature steel, special alloy
  • Temperature range: -105˚C to +250˚C
  • Pressure range: 40 bar
  • Balancing system: rotary counterweight (cable system) for outboard arm, fix counterweight for inboard arm.

Seals: virgin PTFE (eventually adding carbon, fibers or graphite (15%); FPM; Hypalon (on request); EPDM (on request), fibers or graphite (15%); FPM; Hypalon (on request); EPDM (on request)
