Copper Chromium Zirconium Alloy
As an alloy material with high conductivity, high strength and high softening temperature, copper chromium zirconium alloy is favored by many manufacturers because of its excellent properties and is widely used in many important industries. Copper chromium zirconium alloy is a metal alloy material mainly composed of copper and added with metal chromium and metal zirconium. It has the characteristics of good conductivity, high hardness, wear and explosion resistance, good uprightness, non-bending of thin sheets and good processing formability. Copper Chromium Nickel Silicon Alloy
Copper Chromium Nickel Silicon is an alloy material with high conductivity and high elasticity. It does not need heat treatment. It has good stamping formability and does not contain metal beryllium, so it is economical and does not contain toxins. It has high conductivity, electric heating, good corrosion resistance, good oxidation resistance, high strength, ductility, hardness, fatigue resistance, plating and weldability. It is a high-strength part with good forming performance, high endurance relaxation ability and moderate conductivity. It can be used to manufacture high-strength parts requiring good forming performance, high endurance relaxation ability and moderate conductivity, such as contact spring, connector and lead frame.
This alloy is widely used in relays, mobile phone parts, switches and earphone sockets. It can replace beryllium copper electronic copper tape with low beryllium content as the basic raw material for manufacturing integrated circuits and semiconductor discrete devices, such as electronic and electrical integrated circuits, large and medium power tubes, measurement, light-emitting diodes and led supports, communications, test instruments, connectors, terminals, etc. It has good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and conductivity. It can be temperature aged making the material harder and stronger, and increases the conductivity and elongation at the same time.
C18000 Copper Chromium Nickel Silicon
Our C18000 / CuNiCrSi Copper Chromium Nickel Silicon Alloy has good mechanical properties as well as good wear resistance and conductivity in high temperature environment, and good thermal conductivity — and therefore, this alloy is suitable for use in various electrical components, resistance welding tips, wheels and fixtures, sprue bushing, cavities for injection molds, etc. At the same time this alloy offers excellent properties, being a high value substitute for Copper Beryllium alloys in many applications as it meets RWMS Class 3 Specifications.

Typical Applications:
For the properties of electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, creep resistant and high strength: the main application of copper chromium nickel silicon alloy is for welding electrodes and electrical connectors which require higher mechanical properties — and it is typically used in resistance welding tips, wheels, fixtures, stud welding collets and tips, etc.
In plastic and metal mould industry, for the Properties of thermal Conductivity, Corrosion Resistance, Wear Resistance, and machinability: it often be used for heat sink inserts in steel plastic moulds, blow pins, pinch offs, mould cavities for blow moulds, hot runner systems for injection moulds, cores, core & ejector pins for injection moulds, plunger tips for metal die casting machines, etc.
Oxygen Free Copper
Oxygen Free Copper is pure copper without oxygen or any deoxidizer residue. But in fact, it still contains very small amounts of oxygen and some impurities. Oxygen free copper products are mainly used in electronic industry. They are often made into oxygen free copper plate, oxygen free copper strip, oxygen free copper wire and other copper materials. Oxygen free copper shall be divided into ordinary oxygen free copper and high-purity oxygen free copper. Ordinary oxygen free copper can be melted in power frequency iron core induction furnace, while high-purity oxygen free copper should be melted in vacuum induction furnace.
When semi continuous casting is adopted, the refining process of melt in smelting furnace and holding furnace can be free from time constraints. Continuous casting is different. The quality of molten copper depends not only on the refining quality of smelting furnace and holding furnace, but also on the stability of the whole system and process. In order not to pollute the melt, oxygen free copper smelting generally does not use any additives for smelting and refining. The melting pool surface is covered with charcoal and the reducing atmosphere is the generally used smelting atmosphere.
C10200 Oxygen Free Copper
Compared with common pure copper, C10200 Oxygen free copper/Cu-OF/OFHC has lower oxygen content and higher conductivity, but the production difficulty is lower than C10100. C10200 Oxygen free copper/Cu-OF/OFHC is mainly applied in most of the applications that require high ductility and conductivity.
