PTFE GASKET

TOP-CHEM 2000

Universal gasket material of PTFE filled with Silicon Carbide for high surface pressures at simultaneous high temperatures.

TOP-CHEM 2003

A high compressibility gasket material of PTFE filled with hollow glass micro spheres. Is ideal for maintaining a tight gas seal even at low surface loads and temperatures. Excellent chemical resistance in strongly acidic and alkaline applications and excellent mechanical properties at medium temperatures and loads. BAM certificate (60°C/ 20 bar) also approved for liquid oxygen service.

TOP-CHEM 2005

PTFE with Inorganic Fillers. An excellent chemical resistant material in strongly acidic applications and suitable for a wide range of applications in the chemical industry. It has good mechanical properties at medium temperatures and loads. It is the economical alternative when using modified PTFE gaskets.

TOP-CHEM 2006

PTFE filled with Barium Sulphate. Has a good chemical resistance in strongly alkaline conditions and good mechanical properties at medium and low temperatures and loads. It is optimised for caustic conditions and suitable for a wide range of applications in the chemical industry. It is free from pigments and is suited to food and pharmaceutical applications.

SOFT-CHEM Expanded PTFE

PTFE with Inorganic Fillers. An excellent chemical resistant material in strongly acidic applications and suitable for a wide range of applications in the chemical industry. It has good mechanical properties at medium temperatures and loads. It is the economical alternative when using modified PTFE gaskets.

PTFE ENVELOPE GASKET

PTFE with Inorganic Fillers. An excellent chemical resistant material in strongly acidic applications and suitable for a wide range of applications in the chemical industry. It has good mechanical properties at medium temperatures and loads. It is the economical alternative when using modified PTFE gaskets.

Klinger

VIRGIN PTFE GASKET

KLINGER® Virgin PTFE contains no fillers and has almost universal chemical resistance. It has excellent insulating capabilities and high dielectric properties. Its high temperature stability allows for continuous use at 260°C. Virgin PTFE has excellent low friction, non-stick and release properties. Typical applications include aggressive media such as strong acids and alkalis, as well as corrosive chemicals and gases.
